The Dress.

JUST so happy it had sleeves, so the WORLD will know that sleeves can be fashionable and chic! So pleased with Kate's choice. I have always loved Grace Kelly's dress and Kate's dress looks a lot like it. AND check out Pippa's dress...SLEEVES again! thank you royals for not going with the boring strapless dresses that are so over-done.

Easter With the Whipple's

Easter dinner at home, mom makes her rolls, ham, yams, potatoes, veggies...ya know the works.

Easter at The Schumacher's.

 Kneader's french toast is just so delish and easy to make for a Easter breakfast!

 Every year we dated we always bought the egg coloring kits and never used them..so this year I made sure we did it!

 I got the tie dye kit, I am a Eugenian so I had to.

 Andrew's Easter basket was fun to put together.

 My basket on the other hand was a total shocker. He totally surprised me with new nike shoes and hunger games (cannot wait to read).

 HUGE Reese's egg. Yes, he got sick eating it in one sitting.

 He got me a pedicure. Best gift.

 I made my FIRST bunny cakes. After watching youtube videos I fully understood.

Date Night.

 Fondue is a MUST. plus we got the fondue thingy for a wedding gift so we HAD to use it! (don't know the proper name.sorry.)

 Aly and Nick came over for some din and dessert. BLAST.

 Thai food, pot stickers, egg rolls, edamame, blood orange drink from Trader Joe's is bomb.

Date nights just got more fun, when you have your own place... I feel like a little grown-up hosting a dinner.

The Wall.

 When we took a look at the place the wood wall was a sore eye, I didn't really know what to do with it. It's just so long. After a lot of blog stalking I came up with an idea that solved the problem.

My friend Rachel came to the rescue. We were on a mission for white frames and thank goodness for target and tj's. Went to pottery barn bought some "white" frames and when we got home they defiantly were not white!

Monthiversary!

 So every since getting married you don't get Stan's grilling and Mardy's marinades, sooo I decided to get Andrew a grill (had to be copper cause I am obsessed with copper at the moment).

 I had to get the 7 piece accessory set too!

 YES! the portrait lens I just love this anniversary and glad I made Andrew celebrate the big 1 month:) 

 So the whole grilling thing was quite the struggle. So we pulled out the George Forman...we will try again soon.

 After watching Khloe and Lamar it's kinda a joke between us that Khloe is always dressed in full out glamor when Lamar comes home ...so I dressed up while cooking the meal.
