My 2 yr. old Pip.

can't believe pippa is two. it seems like yesterday we were pulling up to a farm in Lebanon, OR.
she is so cute she deserves all the attention she gets, whether it's on a walk, at the park, the vet, on the couch, family or friend gatherings. you name it. she is adored.

i don't know if it's her permanent sad face she makes or the rolls...everyone is a sucker for rolls on babies and puppies. the thing that is the cutest to me is her loving, OVERLY loving personality.

she does a lot of buggin things like gets hair all over my black clothing, but for some reason you just look the other way.
you think it's annoying, but it doesn't matter because of how sweet she is.

in the morning i gave her some yogurt and whipped cream. she loved.
andrew said i'm a sucker.
and i said "well, that makes two of us"
because reality is andrew is the biggest softy, maybe not when it comes to my online shopping habit.

i thought the pink cowboy out was fitting give our location and all.
bought it at target last year. gotta love halloween clearance.
then printed a big two and taped it on.

i made her a peanut butter, coconut cake...with yogurt frosting & topped it off with her favorite thing to come out of the microwave...POPCORN!!!
she is obsessed with it. she hears it popping. her ears perk up. she makes that face.

she knew it was her cake. she watched me make the entire thing start to finish.
she just had this look like "it's MY birthday, I'm not as stupid as you think I might be"

i don't know why but watching her eat a cake never gets old, therefore i will be making one every year.

Bulldog Meetup.

we wanted to get to know other people...ya know get out of our comfort zone.
i went onto meetup.com to see what kind of meetups were happening in houston.
i found a bulldog meetup.
we both laughed and said YES!
one thing you may not know about bulldog owners is they are obsessed with their bully breed.
so we were excited to meet people who understand the obsession.
the meetup was at a dog pool downtown.
yes they have those things.
we bought pippa a pink lifejacket on amazon and hoped it would help her swim.
she can't swim she just sinks.
poor girl.
she swam!!! she did so goooood! we were so proud it was hilariously embarrassing.

the end.

Sister Comes to Town.

my sister and her husband came to visit.
they filled the van with their three kids and DROVE to TX on their way to NYC for a fam wedding.
we had a lot fun eating & going to the gym & of course seeing H-town.

after seeing houston.
we headed up to the woodlands for a disney concert.
it was cute.
holy crap there was a lot of kids.

so funny story. about this picture above these words.
pippa stared at ruby with her paws up on the tub edge.
just hoping and wishing she could be in there with her.
i kept saying, "down, NO"
right when i turned to put the shampoo on the counter (cause ya know how babies are, grabbing everything they can get their little hand on)
PIPPA JUMPED IN!
with full force. like no one was going to stop her from being with ruby.
it was pretty cute so i had to take a pic before i took her out.

i got these bath crayons to write little notes to mr. on the mirrors and shower...ya know gotta be cute like that, right? anyways i forgot about them. then remembered when they were here.
overall big hit. they are all gone.

naked babies fresh out of the bath smelling like soap is prob the best thing ever.
i tried to leave her nakey for as long as i could before i felt bad that she might be cold (we like our ac)

uncle and-gu is pretty fun.
it was really cute. andrew was laying on the ground with ruby and then cash walks over and lays right next to him to rest. andrew says...lor...loook...lor look! i'm like what?! i KNOW ruby is cute...he's like no look cash is cuddling with me!
and that was surprise cause cash doesn't rest, or cuddle, he is always on the go .

i may have taken more than one photo of pippa in the tub with ruby.

we took them to "the beach"
kemah boardwalk is pretty fun actually!
way better then the paradise pier in galveston.
we headed up cici's for some PIZZA before the shoot.
full bellies are so much better when getting your photos done...well for husband's and kids.

we road a coaster that we thought was going to be super lame & a waste of $6 to ride it.
WRONG.
it was freakin scary.
we screamed and laughed the whole time.

i desperately one some longhorns on my wall.
i've wanted some or awhile now.
but now since living in TX i feel like it's turned into a desperately.
where do i find some? i've looked on etsy. tjs has the fake ones like z-gallerie...hmmmm any suggestions?

watching penny on the ride was pretty priceless. her scared face. classic.
wish we could have gone to disneyland last year with her when they came to palm springs.

stopped for a rita's on the way back.
i felt a little sugar overload. but that didn't stop me.

okay i couldn't handle the cuteness of these two chubby girls.
i took 3,000 snaps of them.

i've been wanting to make "homemade popsicles"
i was already to make them.
cash was the perfect one to make them with.
he was loving life.
it was cute.

ruby and pippa were close by.
haha right below.

we showed them where we think we will move after our lease is up.
our townhouse has been nice, but so ready to be closer to town.
we drove around looking at houses then saw a park and thought we should let the kids out and play.

we went to rudy's & decided it was the best we've had in houston.
it was our first time so we were a little nervous introducing it to visitors since we hadn't approved it.
but thanks to yelp it was great! taking all visitors here!

for a little dessert we headed to bahama bucks.
they messed up our order.
ugh.
this bb strugs so bad.
it's not even funny.

these two photos are probably the funniest.
penny wanted to try on my "long hair" aka extensions.
it was pretty hilar.
her face looking in the mirror after i was done clipping them in was priceless.

well there was a giant iphone photos dump.
