 I made the mistake by thinking I was really cool by not using Texas toast bread and using Challah bread, BUT don't do what I did because the bread is to thick, so it leaves you with crunchie captain crunch on the outside with doughy bread that couldn't cook the whole way through. Sad me, but happy Mr. because he loves doughyness. 

you can make them really plain for the picky eaters (won't mention names ha.)
