HEY high school girls like always I am doing hair and make-up for homecoming ($30). You can txt, call, facebook, which ever and set up an appointment.
Here are some ideas I am thinking for you guys:
Have fun with it...don't play it safe, your in high school once. It's the only time you get to go to a dance and get all dressed up. Be excited don't get to stressed and make a statement in one area weather it's with your shoes or dress, lipstick or eyes, jewelry or hair. Remember classic is always chic and simplicity is the key to all true elegance.
