When it comes to "getting pretty" Penny is all about it, she loves make-up. She loves sitting in my chair and getting twirled around and around. She loved the BUZZ cape too.
When it came time to cutting the bangs she was a pro at closing the eyes, didn't even have to ask her.
So after the chopping off of Penny's hair it was up for debate if she looked like a boy,
so a flower clip came into play. :)
