Bringing Pippa Home.

Believe it or NOT I am not a "dog person"-- I am now.
We got a English Bulldog on Tuesday.
Her name is Pippa Victoria Schumacher, we love all 14.8 lbs of her.
She is the sweetest thing.
We took her to the Vet today for her first exam and the Doc said she is the healthiest English Bulldog puppy she has seen in a long time,
that's a relief because I have heard so many bad health stories about bullys.
That being said here is Pippa's first day with us:
Pretty yikes pic of us BUT we blame it on being extremely tired and hungry,
I had traveled almost 24 hrs to get home and the next day I was picking up our bully in Lebanon.
BTW it's a funny story on how we ended up with Pippa.
Naturally brother and mom had to come along for the pick-up!
Martha was in puppy heaven, BUT who wasn't that night!?
Right when we got home we gave her a royal bath to get rid of the nasty barn smell.
Check out her first bath!
She wasn't happy until her blow-out.
Blow-out time!
 My cutest client.
She didn't mind the blow-dryer.
No one wants a wet dog.
We had a little celebration to welcome her home!
Throw-up all ya want, it was fun!
The next morning she couldn't stop looking at herself in the mirror, it was pretty cute!
She got tired fast:
We love our little Pippa, she is getting the potty-training thing down faster and faster. It's her third night in our house & last night she went the entire night without ONE accident AND went all day with NO accidents! Outside for ALL her potty time...who knew that poop could make me so happy. When she goes outside it's the most exciting moment for us. We make a big deal about it, she gets a treat every single time she goes potty outside. She will be a fatty in no time with all the pooping she has been producing. Okay enough poop talk, that's gross.
Thanksgiving was much more cuter with her around. I will post photos tomorrow--
FYI: there will be an overload of Pippa posts in the future--my apologies.
We are just a little obsessed with our baby pup.
So glad Santa came early this year.
