Sibling Reunion.

the big family reunion aka with everyone...aunts, uncles, cousins...last the 4th of July weekend.
then the sibling reunion was the entire next week...i think that is a record.
an entire week. that is the longest we have all been together.
so much fun. chill. we layed by the pool all day (cause you can do that in OR and not melt)
played badminton every night after dinner.
shopping nike shoes with jake.
5 mile runs at 2pm (i didn't participate in, but other cray cray peeps did)
cafe yumm...
papa's pizza...
voodoo...
hawaiian time...
tcby (gosh i really could use a shiver)
walks...
hot tub...
kissing babies...
smore's...
we had some great quality chill time with the sibs.

for jenny's birthday we went to market of choice (my favorite grocery store everrrrrr)
surprised her with some morning treats.
then for lunch went to papa pizza...our fav lunch buffet.
during lunch the boys tried to break the shooting record...they succeeded. it only took three men.
they were so sweaty after working so hard....it was pretty hilar.
actually really hilar.

the killing trio.

they were literally dripping with sweat.
i was taking a nap and then andrew walks in and i'm like "what!!?"
and then it's silent so i roll over and he is holding ruby.

so ya know how i extended my trip a few days...
well that meant waking up at the crack of dawn to take mr. to PDX (2 hour drive)
luckily my mom came with me and i took her to breakfast after at Pine State Biscuits ^^
after we devoured our biscuit sandwitches and drounded it down with local apple cider (so bomb)
we headed to the Rose Garden. it was on my list last year, but then ran out of time.
the smell and view of the city is so beautiful!
must go! it's literally right next to the Portland Zoo which is also amazing so you could do all of it in one day.
i tried rose tea...it was interesting...
i love the cool vibe in portland...it's just so local...that's how i can sum it up...
i wish there was more of that "local" vibe in H-TOWN.

view from my bedroom window. so green!!!
we had perfect weather the entire week...you really can't beat oregon summerssssss.
the mornings are dreamy and the afternoons are warm and the evenings are cool.
i tell mr. all the time if only we could spend summers in oregon and winters in palm springs.

p.s. there is def a part two
